Jen LaVallee is a Rainier Beach resident, public school parent, and experienced systems thinker who is deeply committed to her community. For over a decade, she has worked and consulted with some of Seattle’s largest tech companies, bringing expertise in data analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving.
Jen co-owns a local small business and currently serves on the board of the National Women’s Political Caucus. She’s a dedicated volunteer with organizations like Solumination at Seattle Children’s Hospital and has helped lead fundraising efforts for the Rainier Valley Food Bank and local school events like the SESSFA Move-a-Thon and Holiday Market.
Jen also helped launch the Billion Dollar Bake Sale, a statewide effort that brought over 300 parents and students to Olympia to advocate for increased education funding across Washington.
Jen is a proud Seattle Public Schools parent of two elementary-aged kids—and she’s ready to bring both heart and accountability to the school board.
